Returns & Exchanges

At GlobeWest Outlet, we strive to ensure you love your designer furniture; however, due to the clearance nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days for a store credit or exchange only. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and are in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Authority (RA) number and specific instructions for the return shipment.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely repackage your item in its original box and arrange for transport back to our outlet warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a digital store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
